Most people will tell you it’s all about the algorithm and consistency and give you loads of tips on those topics. They’re not wrong! Yet, neither of those will get you organic, genuine engagement alone.

For me, I want people to feel seen, heard, and valued. I use this as a guide every time I write anything on my blog, on social media, or create a video.
Now, write down what YOU want people to feel. Maybe you could even frame it and place it somewhere prominent in your office.
If you have a team, whether it be one assistant or a whole group of amazing people behind the scenes, you need to share this note with them, as well. It will help THEM deliver the results you want with the right emotional impact.
